7. In the event that the complaint is due to detected shortages, undescribed product defects, non-compliance with the declared dimensions or non-compliance with the declared trademark, the courier costs are at our expense.

In the event that the items received do not meet your expectations, the customer has the right to return or exchange the purchased goods within 14 working days, provided that the goods are unused, returned with all tags and original packaging.
The goods must be secured during transport and sent to the same address as the bill of lading. When returning the product, it is sent cash on delivery to us - the price of the item and the option of a test and review before payment, the package must also contain a copy of the return and exchange form with correctly filled data.
Goods received more than 14 working days ago are not accepted for return.
A used item will not be exchanged or returned, as well as damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
Goods whose returns and complaints cannot be accepted due to non-fulfilment of the above conditions will be sent back to the customer at his expense.
Complaints regarding damage that occurred during transport will be considered only on the basis of a complaint protocol prepared by Econt/Speedy in the presence of the customer.
Shipments sent with courier companies other than Econt/Speedy Express are not accepted.
